Асептический некроз мыщелков бедренной и большеберцовой костей – инвалидизирующее заболевание, часто приводящее к эндопротезированию коленного сустава. Анализируя литературные источники по данной теме, авторы показали важность проведения дифференциальной диагностики для прогнозирования эффективности терапии заболевания с уточнением вида остеонекроза и его стадии.
