При чрескожных коронарных вмешательствах используются различные варианты лечения пациентов с ишемической болезнью сердца. Основным методом является радиальный доступ благодаря его преимуществам, по сравнению с другими, в снижении осложнений и смертности. В статье анализируется экономическая эффективность радиального доступа при чрескожных коронарных вмешательствах в федеральных округах Российской Федерации.
