In the percutaneous coronary interventions various methods of treatment of the patients with coronary heart disease are used. The principal method is radial access owing to its advantage as compared with other ones in reducing complications and mortality. The article analyses economic efficiency of the radial access in the percutaneous coronary interventions in the federal districts of the Russian Federation.
