The article presents results of the study of theoretical approaches to the objective of involvement of the personnel of medical organization in ensuring quality of health care, which is reflected in domestic and foreign scientific literature. The problem of the researchers’ limited attention to studying the specifics of the involvement of the personnel of medical organizations and the main aspects are highlighted which form the essence of such involvement.
