В обзоре проведен анализ научных исследований, посвященных клиническому значению показателя N-концевого пропептида мозгового натрийуретического гормона (NT-proBNP) в определении риска сердечно-сосудистых событий у лиц с преддиабетом. Термин «преддиабет» характеризует промежуточное состояние нарушенной регуляции метаболизма между нормальным гомеостазом глюкозы и сахарным диабетом и отражает высокий риск развития сахарного диабета 2-го типа в будущем
