Экзема рук – распространённое кожное заболевание с частотой встречаемости не менее 9,1% в популяции и одно из наиболее распространенных профессиональных заболеваний кожи. Примерно у 30% пациентов оно приобретает хроническое течение, приводя к значительной потере трудоспособности. Патофизиология хронической экземы рук многофакторна. Диагностика и дифференциальная диагностика имеют определенные сложности, а лечение не всегда бывает успешным. Настоящий обзор посвящен этиопатогенезу, клинике, а также современным методам диагностики и алгоритмам лечения данного заболевания.
