In the actual conditions of active hostilities physicians of the military hospitals have to deal with a significant number of patients with mine-explosive traumas and nowadays this issue is particularly urgent. A mine-explosive trauma can be complicated by development of a type 2 myocardial infarction. This paper contains a brief review of literature and own clinical observation of the patient who received treatment in the Main Military Clinical Hospital of the Troops of the Russian National Guard.
