The authors consider clinical, dermatoscopical and histological signs of melanomashe paper presents modern views on the main clinical, dermatoscopical and pathomorphological criteria in their diagnostics. On a basis of clinical experience and data from the literature clinical, dermatoscopical and histological features occuring in melanomas are identified.
