Microbial eczema is a chronic recurrent dermatosis characterized by evolutionary polymorphism of the rash elements, weeping, itch, and a peculiar allergic reaction of the sensitized skin to the decay products and toxins of microorganisms. The article cites a clinical case of microbial eczema with an atypical causative agent – Klebsiella pneumonii combined with Staphylococcus epidermidis
