Coronary surgery is one of the fastest growing areas of the medicine. The number of coronary artery bypass grafts as well as endovascular interventions increases each year. The course of cardiovascular diseases often complicates acute kidney injury having adverse effect on the treatment and prognosis. The metabolic disorders in the patients with coronary heart disease, undergone coronary artery bypass grafting increases the risk of developing acute kidney injury in the early postoperative period, which requires Internal diseases adoption of the appropriate treatment and preventive measures.
