One of the particular features of contemporary military conflicts is the prevalence of mine-explosive wounds including those of upper extremities accounting for about 56% of all the mine-explosive traumas. A new type of Xray equipment – portable X-ray units – make it possible to conduct radiation diagnostics of such injuries.
