The article is dedicated to the reasons of ordering forensic medical reexaminations to establish severity of harm caused to the patients with injuries of the musculoskeletal system. Results of analysis of 120 interdisciplinary forensic medical reexaminations show that the main reasons for their ordering are non-participation of non-staff traumatologists-orthopedists and non-observance of clinical recommendations concerning the procedure of examination of the persons with injuries of the musculoskeletal system.
