RECOVERY OF THE ABILITY TO WALK AFTER FRACTURES OF THE PROXIMAL FEMUR AND ITS IMPACT ON SURVIVAL RATE OF THE PATIENTS AGED 50 YEARS AND OLDER
Abstract and keywords
Abstract (English):
Recovery of the ability to walk associated survival of the patients with fracture of the proximal femur depends on a number of circumstances. Persistent low survival rate of the persons of elderly age groups with such a trauma prompted analysis of these circumstances. Therefore, this study is dedicated Traumatology and orthopedics to the risk factors adversely affecting recovery of the ability to walk and survival of the patients with its impairments of various degrees in order to improve quality of the medical care for the patients of elderly age groups with fractures of the proximal femur.
