Некротизирующая инфекция мягких тканей – потенциально опасная патология, нередко приводящая к инвалидизации или летальному исходу. Полиморфность клинической симптоматики часто затрудняет диагностику некротизирующей инфекции мягких тканей на ранних стадиях болезни. Лечебная тактика больных с некротизирующей инфекцией мягких тканей должна быть активной и включать раннее хирургическое вмешательство и антибактериальную терапию. Мультидисциплинарный подход является залогом успеха в лечении больных данной патологии.
