TI  Cysts of minor salivary glands are referred to surgical diseases. They are treated by a radical surgical intervention – cystosialoadenectomy, i.e. removal of the cyst along with lobules of the adjacent minor salivary gland. Such a traumatizing surgical approach often results in development of a local postoperative scar deformity. This paper justifies the use of a less traumatizing intervention which allows achieving of better functional and esthetical results
