    <p>Исследования последних лет показали существование прочной взаимозависимости между хронической сердечной недостаточностью, почечной недостаточностью и анемией. Заболевания сердца и почек имеют общие традиционные факторы риска, включая сахарный диабет. Нарушения углеводного обмена существенно влияют на развитие компонентов кардиоренально-анемического синдрома. В свою очередь, анемический синдром у больных сахарным диабетом рассматривается как многофакторный процесс, оказывающий выраженное отрицательное влияние на течение хронической болезни почек и сердечнососудистых заболеваний, ухудшая их течение и прогноз.</p>

   <trans-abstract xml:lang="en">
    <p>Recent researches have revealed strong interdependence between congestive heart failure, renal failure and anemia. Heart and kidney diseases have the same traditional risk factors including diabetes mellitus. Disorders of carbohydrate metabolism have a significant effect on the development of cardiorenal anemic syndrome components. On the other hand, the anemic syndrome in patients with diabetes mellitus is considered as a multifactorial process with a pronounced negative effect on the progression of chronic kidney disease and coronary vascular diseases worsening their course and prognosis</p>
