    <p>В работе представлены промежуточные результаты исследования возможности применения нейроиммунных маркеров в диагностике когнитивных нарушений у людей среднего и пожилого возрастов. Продемонстрированы достоверные ассоциации результатов нейрокогнитивного тестирования и сывороточных уровней нейроиммунных маркеров. Обсуждена схожесть патогенеза нейрокогнитивных нарушений при различных типах поражений инфекционной и неинфекционной этиологии.</p>

   <trans-abstract xml:lang="en">
    <p>The paper presents intermediate results of the study of a possibility to use neuroimmune markers for diagnostics of cognitive impairments in middle-aged and elderly people. Reliable association of the neurocognitive testing results and serum levels of the neuroimmune markers is demonstrated. Similarity of neurocognitive impairment pathogenesis in case of various types of lesions of both infectious and non-infectious etiology is discussed.</p>
