    <p>Экстракорпоральные методы детоксикации широко используются в повседневной практике. Контакт крови с поверхностями экстракорпорального контура, колонок/ диализаторов приводит к инициации коагуляции. В результате активации свертывающей системы крови возможно развитие как тромбозов, так и геморрагических осложнений. Для решения этой проблемы применяются антикоагулянты, которые позволяют проводить сеансы экстракорпоральных методов детоксикации в течение длительного времени, и обзор посвящён основным видам антикоагулянтов, применяемым в настоящее время для проведения эктракорпорального очищения крови</p>

   <trans-abstract xml:lang="en">
    <p>The extracorporeal detoxification methods are widely used in everyday practice. Contact between blood and surfaces of the extracorporeal blood circuit, columns/dialyzers initiates coagulation. Activation of the blood coagulation system can result in development of both thrombosis and hemorrhagic complications.    This problem is solved through the use of anticoagulants which allow conducting long sessions of extracorporeal detoxification methods, and this survey focuses on principal types of anticoagulants actually used for extracorporeal blood detoxification.</p>
